Recognizing the broad umbrella of re-entry and restorative justice, Khalil offers his experiential and professional expertise to those organizations seeking to develop programs and trainings tailored to their unique populations and specific purposes. Examples of this work would include:

Engagement with Progressive Life Center of Washington, D.C. focused on addressing the needs of children of incarcerated parents

Consulted to Beech Acres Parenting Center of Cincinnati, Ohio in providing Continuing Education-based re-entry and substance abuse training for licensed social services professional.

Advised on a consulting basis the Ecumenical Summit in Atlanta, Georgia to help them establish a Community Development Corporation in order to secure Second Chance Act funding from the U.S. Government.

Consulted to John’s Folly Learning Institute in St. John Virgin Islands, to develop character education programming for youth.
